At Shopaway Store, our goal is high customer satisfaction. Our return policy means that you can return a product if it is detective or if you change your mind, subject to manufacturer policies. Please contact us as soon as possible if your product is defective. (no later than 15 days after order receipt). Please keep all original packing.

Q: "I just received my package. The package appears to be damaged. What should I do?"
A: Even though the box appears to be damaged, often the damage is only done to the outside packaging and not the unit itself. Please inspect the unit, and if possible, refuse shipment. If the unit has already been delivered, please open the box to inspect the unit. Upon inspection, if you find the unit to be damage, we will be more than happy to replace the unit free of charge.
Q: "I'm unsure if my unit is working properly. Should I go ahead and return the product?"
