Shipping and Returns Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@shopawaystore.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos  to   info@shopawaystore.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

 

AirDoctor Return Policy

Your AirDoctor™ product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. Should the product have a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it without charge to you (a shipping and processing fee will apply).

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or any use other than as intended and described in this product manual, or damage resulting from failure to maintain and clean this product as specified in this product manual. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the AirDoctor™ air purifier and does not cover the replaceable Carbon (VOC), Ultra-HEPA™ or Pre-Filter inside the unit.

 

AirPura Returns Policy

Returns: 

We will refund a customer within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  Item must be undamaged, clean, and in saleable condition with all original packaging (box & protective foam pieces), and manuals. The product must not have been used during renovations, to filter chemical gases, or to filter second-hand smoke. Returns that do not satisfy these conditions will be refused and returned to the sender. 

Warranty:

As an authorized AirPura® Dealer, we are able to provide you with a 5 year parts/ 10 years labor warranty from the date of the original purchase. If the air purifier is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, AirPura® Industries Inc. will either repair or replace the part or product free of charge for labor, materials and shipping only five years from the date of original purchase. This decision to repair or replace will be made by Airpura®.
 
If after five (5) years and not more than ten (10) years from the date of the original purchase, the air purifier is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, Airpura® Industries Inc. will at their option, repair or replace the part or product free of charge for labor only. Any replacement parts deemed necessary by Airpura® Industries will be charged to the purchaser.

All products returned for service or repair must be accompanied with a RA (Return Authorization) number. The RA number must be clearly visible on the external packaging. The absence of an RA number will delay the service or repair process. Any shipment to Airpura Industries Inc. not accompanied with an RA number will not be accepted or will be immediately sent back to the shipper. Please contact the dealer you purchased the unit at in order to receive an RA number prior to shipment.

 

 

AllerAir Returns Policy

Customers may return unused or unopened products within 15 days of receipt with no product restocking charges. An RMA must be issued by AllerAir.

Unit Returns

Should a customer be unsatisfied with an air purifier purchased from AllerAir, the customer may return the unit within 30 days. All boxes and or units subject to a 25% restocking charge. Filters are not returnable/non-refundable as they may contain contaminants. 

Filter Returns

Unopened filters, sealed in their original shopping box may be returned within 15 days of receipt with no product restocking charges. Due to health and safety concerns and possible contact with viruses, bacteria, smoke, allergens and other air pollutants, we are unable to accept filters that have been are opened.

Return shipping costs and obligatory insurance are the sole responsibility of the customer.

AllerAir will examine merchandise upon receipt; should the product be damaged, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for the damages. Should the product be found in its original working and physical condition, the customer's account will be credited. No exchanges or returns will be allowed after 30 days.

  • Any order discrepancies must be communicated to Shopaway Store and AllerAir within 10 days of receiving the order.

  • In order to prevent possible transport damages and to secure your rights to exchange products, products must be returned packaged exactly as they were shipped. As such, the product must be returned to AllerAir in its original packaging, and insured accordingly, at the customer's expense. Should damage to the product incur as a result of not abiding to this condition, AllerAir may charge the customer for repairs to the product.

  • All exchanged or returned products must have a RA (Return Authorization) number, which must be clearly listed on the outside of the box or on the return label, otherwise the shipment will be refused by AllerAir and returned to the customer.

  • In the event of a product return, the original product packaging is required. If you require replacement product packaging, AllerAir will ship you the shipping box for a nominal fee.

  • Due to cancellation in whole or in part for orders requiring a deposit (5 units or greater), the deposit is not refundable, however the equivalent in value of the deposit as calculated per the manufacturer's suggested retail price of the units may be supplied at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.  

 

Warranty Policy:

As an authorized AllerAir Dealer, we are able to provide you with the AllerAir Warranty.  Please contact us immediately to obtain the proper documentation (e.g. return material authorization) if your air purifier is defective.

AirMed 1 / AirMed 1 Supreme, AirMed 3 / AirMed 3 Supreme (formerly AirTube / AirTube Supreme) and AirMobile are covered for one year, parts and labor.

These warranties do not include expendable filters or UV lamps that need to be replaced at regular intervals. The end-user should replace the ultraviolet light every 12 months. Please note that even if the UV light continues to glow, it will lose its ability to neutralize biological contaminants after approximately one year. Contact one of our customer service agents if you experience any problems in the first year after purchase.

The warranty is considered active from the date of the original purchase by the end-user if made through an authorized dealer or agent. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Second-hand units or those purchased from an unauthorized source (like an unaffiliated e-Bay seller) are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty applies to units or parts, which are proven to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials. In this instance, AllerAir Industries Inc. will, at their discretion, repair or replace the part or product free of charge in accordance with the aforementioned guidelines. Shipping costs to the factory are the responsibility of the end-user, but the unit will be shipped back to the end-user at the company's expense.

This warranty does not apply in the case of damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or to damage which has resulted from improper installation, adaptation, modification or use inconsistent with AllerAir's operating and maintenance instructions, normal wear, acts of God (flood, fire, etc.) or to damage which has occurred during shipping. Units damaged during shipping must be immediately reported to AllerAir and the shipping carrier.

 AllerAir Industries Inc. will not be considered liable under this warranty for any fault or damage arising from defective workmanship if the product has been serviced, modified or repaired by any person other than an authorized AllerAir technician.

 All products returned for service or repair must be accompanied with a Return Authorization number (RA). The RA number must be clearly visible on the external packaging. Products shipped without an RA number will not be accepted and may be sent back to the shipper. Therefore, please contact Shopaway Store prior to obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping.

Enviroklenz products are manufactured by Timilon Corporation.

Timilon Corporation warrants that for a period of five years from the date of purchase, this product will be free from manufacturing defects. Timilon Corporation, at its option, will repair or replace the product or any component of the product found to have manufacturing defects during the warranty period. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value.

This warranty is non-transferable and is valid from the date of the original purchase. Proof-of-purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. This warranty does not cover consequential damages and/or damages resulting from negligent use or misuse of the product by failure to store, maintain and/or use the product in accordance with directions otherwise. In addition, disassembly, repair or modification by anyone other than Timilon Corporation, acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornados will not be covered.

Limited Warranty

Timilon provides a 30-Day Return Window (see Return of Non-Defective Products below) and the following limited warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased. The order number serves as your warranty number and must be retained. Timilon will offer no warranty service without this number.

Timilon warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for five years labor and five-year parts from the original ship date. During this period, Timilon will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at Timilon’s option, without charge to you.

Shipping fees incurred from returns for under-warranty service will be paid by Timilon Corporation.

All original parts (parts installed by Timilon Corporation at the original system build) replaced by Timilon Corporation or its authorized service center, become the property of Timilon Corporation. Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted and the customer is responsible for the payment, at current rates, for any service or repair outside the scope of this limited warranty.

Timilon Corporation makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this other than as set forth below. Timilon Corporation makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.
