Warranty
As an authorized AirPura® Dealer, we are able to provide you with a 5 year parts/ 10 years labor warranty from the date of the original purchase. If the air purifier is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, AirPura® Industries Inc. will either repair or replace the part or product free of charge for labor, materials and shipping only five years from the date of original purchase. This decision to repair or replace will be made by Airpura®.
If after five (5) years and not more than ten (10) years from the date of the original purchase, the air purifier is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, Airpura® Industries Inc. will at their option, repair or replace the part or product free of charge for labor only. Any replacement parts deemed necessary by Airpura® Industries will be charged to the purchaser.

Shipping and Returns

Where is my order? After we receive your order, we will check with the supplier that your item is still in stock. We will then charge your credit card. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.

When will my order arrive? Due to a high demand, as well as the pandemic and wildfires contributing to shipping delays, it is difficult for us to give the exact date of delivery. Many of our suppliers have delays of several weeks. Please check the product page for the latest updates on delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

I wish to cancel my order. I have not yet received the product yet. Please contact us at returns@shopawaystore.com with your order number. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for returning the item and paying for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
